We want you to love your shave, which is why we offer a 100-day risk-free trial on all Henson Shaving razors. If you are not completely satisfied with the quality or performance of your razor, you can return it for a full refund within the trial period.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to start the process and select the items you wish to return.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization form to include in your package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack the razor in its original packaging if possible and drop it off at any authorized carrier location using the provided label.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects the returned item, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
